Curable App
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Abyone using the curable app? I'm trialing it! It seems good so far! Just started today! Learning so much about my pain and managing it! I am all natural in my pain management and this is definitely going to be a great addition!

Anyone else use this?

@A MyFibroTeam Member right now i use CBD oil to manage seizures and i am on 200mg of toprimate for the seizures. I will admit the toprimate does knock the pain down a peg. That is the only medication i take daily. The CBD oil i buy online its thc free. Im up to 75mg daily. I do have anxiety and it helps manage it as well. Recently my pain has been on a big upswing. Im trying to find something that will help me get over this hump. The reason i don't use pain medication is because i found in the past times i have tried it it just doesn't work, multiple side effects, possible addiction ontop of still not managing my pain.

This app helps people look at pain from a different perspective, if we negatively think about pain it naturally increases it. I also assures us that chronic pain is not anyones fault and that ALL pain originates in the brain. Nothing is made up or all in your head. Sometimes the brain chooses to send pain responses when it shouldn't or even if there is a physical condition causing the pain we may have a way of adapting to how much pain we feel. It also tells us some pain is important and healthy. Im in the first phase of the application. Im already learning so much! I think I'll subscribe. They have guided meditations for pain relief etc.

One of their testimonials was a woman with Fibromylagia and it sparked my interest.

I would love to get out of this flare. Ive been in one for 16 months now. Its the longest I've been in a flare up without a little remission.
