A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I forget to take my medication quite often.... How do you manage to remember every day? Any advice?

I use my phone to keep a daily log in “notes”. I have several meds I take and the fibromyalgia fog doesn’t help with the recall.
I take opioids and when the pain
is intense waiting for the medication to work distorts time.
According to my great pain management doctor, one of the main reasons people accidently overdose is that they don’t keep track of their medication.

Wow, so many of you use an alarm as a reminder. That is a great idea! I will buy a pill box!

I have alarms set on my phone for the different times of day I need to take meds. If I didn't I would never remember.
