I suffered with these when I was taking Amitriptyline and they are so scary, I never want another one. I hope you don't have another one x

Hi iv had these a time ago your shouting for help but No one hears you and you can't move very scary I use to have them a lot but was well before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia they are horrible don't know why you have them but I know what it like take care xxx

Ive had to get away from some of the meds due to some of those issues.alot of major lifestyle changes too.

I hope your feeling better.Inhavent been on for awhile.Had a really bad sinus infection.I got steroid shots in both knees last month. I usually get my epidural injection 3 in my back every 3 months or so .It took a couple of weeks to kick in for my knees .I never get that problem.Usually more anxiety.My primary uped my meds at night that helped.Did you call your dr?Ihad an appt with the therapist the other day. I have to see her once a yr for pain management.Well talk about Fibro Fog.She gives you these 5 words to remember after 1 hrs your there.then these questions and things .last yr got 30/30 .This yr 24/30.She knows a lot about FM.I actually didn't dislike as much as last time.Shecwas into essential oils which I have been doing.Well take care♥️♥️♥️
