It's recommended to have probiotics, and Fermented foods as well Organic Apple Cider vinegar with Mother in it.

These will help balance your gut, I have Organic Apple Cider vinegar a couple of cap fulls on top of Salad on my plate then I add some Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. You can't taste the Apple Cider Vinegar at all.

Eat dill pickles or gherkins, sauerkraut.

Hope that helps sure other people will have suggestions. As Well.

Blessings Gentle Hugs

My daughter had what you describe. She went on the โ€œ Fomapโ€ diet. And learn what she couldnโ€™t eat. Sheโ€™s a lot better now.

What a difference dietary changes make
For example I want mobile for a very long time very suicidal then I spoke to my daughter who has done a course on nutrition recommend a slight change in diet and now I can walk 80% better than before.
My body rejects dairy by taste smell and I get severe tummy cramps and severe diarrhoea. And to think I nearly ended my life I am so mad no one told me earlier

@A MyFibroTeam Member God bless you, I'm so glad you found a way to relieve your pain & thank God you're still here with us. My son also was a bit lactose intolerant as a child, but we didn't know! I can't believe we or his doctor never figured that out, but he realized it as a young adult. He got motion sickness so much, we thought it was from his bus ride to school... he would throw up often on the bus, poor thing! It must have been the milk in his cereal, and at lunch time at school. Crazy how no one put 2 & 2 together.
Thank God for your daughter helping you with her knowledge. God bless. Susan ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜šโš˜

Dairy was not good for me...but I can eat an organic mozerella with no additives and a organic yogurt, and organic ice cream. Itโ€™s trial and error as weโ€™re all very different. I wish you the bestโฃ๏ธ
