I was having heavy sweating but also since I have been taking that vitamin D like my have put me on that has really really help me with the sweating maybe that would help you like it me he has got me taking 400 units twice a day and I have been doing so much better without the sweating and the hot flashes because I am taking the black cohosh for the hot flashes I have been on it for a whole year and I don’t have the hot flashes like I use to I hope this helps you hug
My DR had put me on Vitamin D because my labs showed I was deficient in it. They think it may be what is causing my hair loss. So I started taking 5,000 IU of D3 daily back in December. My hair has stopped falling out and my hot flashes have majorly decreased. I used to get a hot flash every 5 minutes....literally! Now I get a few a day. Way more manageable. I definitely recommend adding vitamin D3 to the diet if you are dealing with hot flashes, sweating, hair loss.
For my hot flashes my doctor told me to go to the pharmacy and buy a bottle of black cohosh and take it twice a day and I don’t have hot flashes like that anymore
I've never attributed any hot flashes/sweating to fibro ,, i know for me its all meno,, tell tale hair loss and acne tell me its hormonal
For me, hot flashes only lasted about 10 minutes,at a time. With fibro, the heat & sweating lasts several hours, at a time.
