I am curious and would like to know which foods people avoid or recommend for managing their symptoms?
Right now I'm eating bananas, nuts, beans and green tea. No migraines still have pain everywhere and insomnia, I've been doing this for a few months.

sugar is the worst ,, and for me any processed white flour ,, it pasta, white bread, etc
Just like Cherry78, I don't eat any processed foods or refined sugars. I only drink unsweetened tea (from the herbal bags) and water. What really seems to help with the painful symptoms is anything that helps with inflammation. For example, salmon and turmeric.
Have you tried the Quell device developed by Harvard and MIT?
You probably won’t have pain anymore and it’s guaranteed so nothing lost everyone . It Kept me from pain . I’m sad when I read about the pain that people are in and want to spread the word as it is not heavily advertised . I even had to show my doctors . Look it up . I found it by researching since I didn’t want to go the rx route with all the side effects some of which aren’t blatant .
