Keep pushing and go armed with information , a lot of Dr have little knowledge so find a specialist in your area and make a lot of noise. I went back 6 times before anyone really moved forwadd.

You need to go to a Specialist a Rheumatologist if you can get your Doctor to write a Referral to a Rheumatologist.
They can diagnose Fibromyalgia sometimes finding the right Doctor isn't easy you might need to see quite a few before one will give you a Diagnosis.
Don't Give up and Stay Strong hopefully you will find an understanding Doctor so you can get some medication to help take the edge off the pain.
You are in my Thoughts and Prayers.
Blessings Gentle Hugs

Im thinking a rhematologist is best. Im still trying to see one my primary dr told me βi cant refer you unless you at least have joint swellingβ i guess bc my ana and ra factors were negative? Now ive been to physchiatrist diagnosed with ADHD, stomach dr they cant tell me whats wrong, neurologist who sent me to a neurosurgeon almost thinking i was goin to have brain surgery to an eye doctor ... its riduculous. And a few days after she told me she couldnt send me unless i had joint swelling, my joints became swollen. I been dealing with this back and forth nonsense for like 5 years doctors need to get their crap together
I thankfully got diagnosed within a year of shifting to a new city however when i moved back to my hometown i went through about 6 doctors before i got one who would take fibromyalgia seriously. I burst into tears in his office when i found him. ππ Change doctors or try some new ones until you find someone who understands. Its worth it once you find them! It was the worst 9 months when i was seeing drs who didnt listen and didnt understand, i felt like i was going crazy!
Actually it wasn't too hard for me after I went and talked to a Rheumatologist and told her all of my symptoms. She ran tests and nothing came back and other doctors had agreed there was nothing wrong with me. I think it helped saying my mom has fibromyalgia also and I thought I might too. It does run in families. Hugs β‘ Shilo
