There are times when I wake up and know right off the bat it's going to be a brain swirling day. I actually feel as if the brain is looser in my cranium. I am off balance, light headed, dizzy - sort of slow motion fall into things. It's crazy! It goes away eventually - usually the next day is good. Not my blood sugar - I've checked. Not sure what this crazy condition is doing to us.
Yes I thought I was only 1 you've just helped me thought it was in my head as no 1 was listening to me thanks
No. Actually I tried metformin for 3 1/2 weeks in December. It did some weird things to ke, so I stopped. Well, the next day I had POTS symptoms for the first time. Lasted a couple weeks. Then my digestion went crazy and all the neurological fibromyalgia symptoms came back after a year and a half but way more than before. It has been 2 months of misery. I wish I had never touched metformin.
I use to get that a lot early on in my fibro journey. I would feel dizzy all the time and at work looking at the computer screen would make it worse. It eventually went away. But it lasted months.
Me too. Cold. Even in Florida.
