A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I tried chiropractor but they couldnt help as i had sudden intense pain when he pressed done on part of my spine, since had an xray and there is arthritis there. Shame i couldnt continue with trying this treatment. Its expensive in the UK also, 50 a session.

Ive used acupuncture. It gives me temporary relief in my achilles heel. The relief doesnt last long for me though.

A chiropractor won't even touch my back. Not after seeing my MRI. But I did physical therapy for awhile and it really helped.

I would love to try acupuncture. My insurance won't pay for it. My doctor claims it is effective for fibro. I will never know. Too costly.
