Put a small pinch of ground ginger into a cup of hot water and take a sip or two. I hope that helps.

Do any of you have mold in your house? Also if your house was built with boards from China or the fake wood that has glue and formaldehyde among other things.

Yes I always feel very nauseous, I grab crackers or piece of bread, sometimes that helps

It's not normal but common. It could be from your pain if it isn't taken care of by meds. Also, a lot of meds can cause this. Or migraines.
