I used to work 1030am/7pm and would get up like 9am. But my job switched i get up between 415am and 515am and it took a few weeks but I'm in the groove now. I have to go tp bed really early
I get up at 5.30 most days so that I can function in the mornings. I can't spend too long in bed as pain is too bad and don't sleep anyway. My ideal functioning time is middle of the day. Nothing is happening later on.

Hubby used to be very understanding, but lately has become impatient about it all.
Never been a morning person...now forget it I am grumpy 😾
