Yes. Thumbs really painful and fingers. If I do anything repetative my forearms just start burning after the shortest time. Find it difficult to hold a hairdryer, pluck my eyebrows or doing small buttons up as its so painful 🙄

Pain in my hands is such a nuisance. When I wake it takes ages for fingers and thumbs to ease. Repetitive movement makes it worse. I find cutting food impossible some days my mother would be horrified 😂 I tend not to eat with people because I feel embarrassed.

Sympathise with you all. Yes I lalso get these aches and pains.
Seems to appear anywhere and everywhere.
At least we can share on here and know it’s for real and understood.
People who don’t suffer with fibromyalgia find it very hard to understand and I find it’s easier just not to try and explain most of the time.

Thank you for replies getting so down with it all now just constant pain. Cannot shift it or slep and stressing about trying to get back to work.

Yes it get similar pain in arms they burn and feel like I have been working out all day it’s awful
