Knees, Elbows, And Hands.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

How many of you struggle with severe stiffness, pain, and popping of your hands, knees, and elbows? (Especially in the morning.) This happens on top of random twitching when I'm primarily at rest. How have you achieved any relief from these ailments?

I constantly have issues with my hands, arms, knees, and legs primarily on my right side. I also experience muscle twitching and sensations daily. I’ve been on magnesium for almost three months now and starting to see a decrease.

I use a lot of prescribe painkillers, yes they help a bit, they lower some of my pains level of intensity, do not stop my pain so no such releaf, even when my pain is low due to being their every hour night or day, it gets you down, take care every one

I get pain & stiffness in my fingers & thumbs every morning & night, cold weather makes it worse. I also get sharp sudden stabbing pains in my knees & ankles that make them buckle for a moment & occasionally my hips will do this too. I use Boiron Arnica Cream for my fingers & it helps for a little while; it's OTC & also available on Amazon. God bless.
