It is another hot day today ,it is 8.43 am .got back home yesterday I need to spring clean my house today .this morning my back and spine was a bit sore ,I took some of that coconut oil. Now it's a bit better. I call that my magic oil .😁🤔yes we get all the housewives year .I love lots of reality programmes ..have a good evening sweet Heather xx
