I take trazodone for sleep 100mg. I been on 120mg of cymbalta and still in pain. I'm on hydrocodone 3xs aday it helps but dr. is now trying to wean me off cause she says its additive and not recommended for chronic pain. I been on 3 for over 8 yrs never asked for more always took as prescribed so it's going to be.hard to find something to replace for pain

Be careful coming off the cymbatha it can be rough go very slowly ...If it’s not working it’s not working...take it slowly however ...start weaning off very carefully . I have h and it can be a rocky road getting off of it. I personally have only tried Prozac it did not really help much . I treat my insomnia and anxiety and pain but I am careful to use it only when I need it the most ...that way it keeps working . Your body will get use to the medication and then it seems like it not working as well....I mix it up enough to keep myself funtion8ng the best I can with the least I can on good days and nights that way when a bad day hits your meds still work for you . Less is more sometimes

Have you tried having your Primary care physician refer you to a Pain Clinic. I have the same problem at the end of the day but have realized that my meds just wear off by about 6pm and I end up taking 800mg Ibuprofen (helps me for longer periods than acetaminophen products). Or tylenol with codeine (Tylenol #3).
Gabapentin cause me lots of problems i.e. severe headaches, lightheadedness, nausea, seizures.
