Golden Tumeric milk. I also put it in a tea with cinnamon, no honey, no sugar as I do a anti inflammatory diet. It helps!

I found liquid golden milk I use dairy free ...it’s made with turmeric you can google it or find it on YouTube it helps with my allergies mostly I make a ginger root water with stieva I grate the ginger root add water ice ...it settles my stomachs and it Tastes good
