Members connected over the frustrating experience of feeling the constant urge to urinate, with many describing frequent nighttime trips to the bathroom, sudden urges that strike without warning, and the exhausting need to plan their entire day around bathroom access. Several members shared potential causes and coping strategies, including checking parathyroid function with a doctor, limiting fluids before leaving the house, ruling out prolapse with an OBGYN, and asking about prescription medications specifically for overactive bladder. A recurring theme was the isolation and unpredictability of living with chronic conditions, where symptoms like this chip away at quality of life and make it nearly impossible to plan ahead or leave home with confidence.

Some days I wake up and wonder what new torture my body will have in store for me . There are so many variables with this illness and some come and go while others are constant but I don't even know what form my pain will take from one day to the next. I am sure that is why we end up quite house bound because it is impossible to know how you will feel from day to day so you can't make plans when your expectations have become so low.
