Oh the joys of ankylosis spondylitis, degenerative disease of the spine , osteoarthritis and then the silver lining of fibromyalgia.......it’s such a stressful way of life that ebbs and wanes.....along with our depression and anxiety that goes along with our aches and pains..
Love and healing hugs and prayers coming your way....
WOW that back image is quite something huh, thanks for sharing that @A MyFibroTeam Member.....

@A MyFibroTeam Member I have degenerative disc on my neck. Yes, to your question. I have a prescription compound cream/gel called Diclofenac. It has to be mixed by the pharmacist.

Chiropractors get a bad rap but I went to one in Charleston SC
and I have been using a 1x reading glasses for years and after the first adjustment I didn't have to use them anymore. There is actually a nerve that runs from the base of the scull to the eyes.

Car accidents from riding with fools over the years has twisted me up some.
I feel much more relaxed and loose after seeing him once a week for at least a month
then I skip a month maybe. Medicare does cover some so my visit is only 8$ per visit and it is SURLY WELL WORTH IT for me to go.

Even if you don't have back problems but stress and all can cause tight muscles and that by itself and a bad sleeping position and it can wreak havoc with your spine and neck.

Just like doctors you can get a bad one but I've been made a believer !!!
