Spine And Head Pain
The pain originally started out with sharp, quick pains around my temples and above my forehead. It has now gone to where I am having sharp pains that come and go, along/in my spine. My neck is a bit sore, but its more of a pressure than a pain. Brain fog has been horrible as has my memory and balance. Does this sound like anything, anyone has dealt with? Normal fibro, or something else?
yes, it is normal. there are days when my brain fog is pretty bad and i drop things all the time. i have balance issues that sometimes are pretty bad due to also the dizziness. it is fibro.

I hav terrible brain fog and memory issues. Ive always been clutzy but ive noticed my balance is getting some worse.
for the headache you can use white tiger balm, botm me and 2 other colleagues have good results with that.
My suggestion is to see a chiropractor immediately.
