So lately over the last couple of weeks I am constantly cold. I also get chills and feel like I have a fever but my temperature is normal! 98.3 most of the time. Like how a fever makes you feel warm inside, that’s what I get. Anyone experience this? I feel like I’m coming down with something but I usually don’t.
Fibro causes us problems regulating our temperature. My normal body temp is only 97.3 so if I am 98.6 which is normal for most people, I have a low grade fever. A lot of us go from cold to sweating in a minute. I shower and dry my hair and within minutes my head starts sweating. Its very frustrating. So you are not alone. I know that doesn't help the problem but at least you know its the fibro causing it.
Yes! It is do annoying. I have found that this was my body's way of saying get some rest. Listen to your body.
I feel like this all the time. I tell my family that my "temperature regulator" is broken. And I constantly feel like I'm getting sick but it turns out to be nothing.
Yes its a common thing, night sweats and all. Feeling hot and cold at the same time.
Yes. I think our internal thermostats are broken. Lol. Can’t seem to get warm or can’t seem to cool off. I also feel like I have a fever often. This disease could make anyone go crazy. Lol.
