Does anyone get skin irritations like this in the picture where the skin peels. I usually have my watch on that spot. Hope you can see it.

Members overwhelmingly related to the original poster's question about skin irritation under a watch, with many sharing that they experience similar reactions to various metals, particularly nickel, even in jewelry they once tolerated. Several members offered practical solutions, including switching to hypoallergenic metals like stainless steel or 925 silver, applying clear nail polish as a barrier between skin and metal, loosening watch bands to prevent trapped moisture, and using fragrance-free soaps and creams to manage sensitive skin. A recurring theme was that metal sensitivities can develop or worsen over time, especially with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia, and that staying mindful of trapped moisture and irritants helps prevent flare-ups.

I cannot wear earrings no matter what type gold or silver. I cannot wear a watch that is tight. I only wear a gold watch when I go out and it is loose on my wrist. I can wear my wedding band and diamond wedding set.

I get it on my fingers. It's very annoying and itchy. I also have spots in between my fingers. They look like blisters with black spots inside it.
