I started having this rhythmic pulsing feeling in my leg near my knee yesterday and it seems to be continuing today. I had a hard time falling asleep last night because it caused my mind to wander.

My knees and thigh area just above have been feeling an uncomfortable vibration lately. Can’t get comfortable and only seems to happen at night.
