My left arm and hand used to be my main area with weakness.numbness but lately it's been my right too. It just sorta switches arms each day bouncing back and forth. I find that typing on the computer (my job is a sedentary computer job) makes it worse...it feels almost like I have circulation issues as well because one hand will be colder than the other. like, right now it's my right hand. Yes I have no strength in my hands always dropping things too.makes me feel useless
Hi Amy, i also have weakness in my wrist, first it was my right now both. Has got worse over last couple of months, an also some inflamation as i cant wear my braclet cause it too tight! I cant support myself on them now as they weak. I get numbness and cronic cramp esp in my thumbs and little fingers. I dont do much typing now but did get pain my lower arms, also alot writing can be painful and shooting pains from my elbow to my hands. Im currently trying magnetic braclets, to early to say it works but it worth a try.

I have been tested for so many things and as much as I am glad most come back normal it still doesn't help with the issue! Just know you are not alone honey! I have been given Gabapentin for neuropathy pains and tingling in hands and feet but it just never did anything I could tell and it kept getting upped! When I finally said I wasn't going to take it anymore I was taking 900mg and could have taken more but I am so sick of pills, pills and pills that I am just trying to get by with as many natural ways and my 10s Unit for pain. Maybe you need to try to take a few more small breaks when staying on the computer. That's easier said than done sometimes! Good luck hun! I wish you the best!
@A MyFibroTeam Member thanks for replying. Yes ma'am....been testing for CT and everything under the sun....I've had multiple EMGs and nerve conduction tests. Thank heavens they're always "normal." Today my arms just feel like jello after holding my mouse for awhile. My arms are fine as long as Im not on the computer all day.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I don't get too much ringing in the ears...only sometimes when I first wake up in the AM....my main issue has always been the weird sensations and weakness in my hands and arms....occasionally I'll have the weird sensations in my feet as well but mainly if I type for too long or hold the mouse, my arms just feel like jello.
