Best pain patch for Fibro?

I used to use prescription Lidoderm patches but the insurance won't cover them anymore and they are way expensive and though only 1% higher than the over the counter ones, i get minimal (if any) relief from the over the counter ones. The other bad thing of the prescription Lidoderm patches (as if the price wasn't bad enough) is that they come off too easy if placed in an area that is in movement...ex a wrist, rib cage back area or edge of shoulder blade, parts of neck...

What kind of pain patch are you using for Fibromyalgia?

They worked well for me, but because my skin is sensitive, I became allergic to the sticky stuff, so I had to stop using them
