Hi does anyone suffer from pressure in there spine from the base of your neck right down the middle to the middle of your back and right round both sides and it feels sharp when you take a deep breathe? Every morning its there and varies from mild niggles to severe pressure that's leaving spine and back feel like something is broke π£π£π’π’
I would recommend you call your doctor and ask for xrays. It could be a pinched nerve, arthritis, or disc disease. Pain could be radiating from your neck down your spine. A muscle relaxant could help. Chest pain can also be chostrochondritis which responds to antiinflammatory med or heat. @A MyFibroTeam Member uses vicks vapor rub to the chest wall to ease the muscle pain. Get a ft scan or MRI. I found out I have spinal stenosis especially in the lumbar area. I now want another cr scan of my neck and shoulders as I have pain there as well which radiates down my arms making them feel achy and weak. https://www.redorbit.com/the-relationship-betwe...
Could also just be anxiety. I have it so bad..that it happens without me realizing it. Sometimes there is no cause..but i have to clear my mind. Anxiety can cause the muscle tightness. Hope u find relief.
Yes. This happens alot. It makes me worry about a heart attack..but it goes away. It lasts for several days at a time though. Im thinking that massage therapy would help with that...but i havent taken the time to go. I still wotk full time...but it just about kills me!
I will. Been up since 5am on saturday morning and its now 1am on sunday morning and ive got a killer sore head π’π΄π΄π’ going to be a long night xx
