Anxiety and depression goes along with fibromyalgia anxious you are the worse the pain gets you will have weird pains in weird places like the heels of your feet the feeling that you can't bend your arm all the way out because it feels like your elbow is going to break or you can't pull the blanket up on you because you cannot grab it because your hands hurt so bad the pain in the back the pain through my hips the fibromyalgia was so bad for me my husband had to help me to the bathroom because I couldn't walk the pain was so excruciating so I would say yes nine times out of 10 the pain is from the fibro I'm sorry you're having to deal with this it is awful I lived with it for years before I knew what it was and I only found out about 4 years ago

Always check out new pain with your doctor ! Sometimes its hard to tell what if fibro or something else. I am lucky to have very understanding doctors that helped me know what was my osteo , fibro or my heart when i have chest pains. Your doctor should be able to help you understand the differences between the pains you have.

I'll would rather go see the doctor, I once thought I just have ingestion turned out i was having a gallbladder attack and had to come out. We are so use to having pain and thinking it's just fibromyalgia, it can be other things.

I get this way too! Lack of sleep and anxiety always makes things worse. I always freak out when I start new symptoms or others get worse and like you I'm so tired of calling the dr every time something new happens. I just try to breathe and remind myself I'm okay it's just fibro.
