I use to get numb hands often while sleeping, hasn't happened for a long time, but did notice it's worse during winter so maybe the cold has something to do with it.

I get numb in my legs mostly and all throughout the day and when I wake up. So kinda the opposite but it is troublesome! Hope you figure it out

I have the same thing occasionally- only my hands go numb at night. Usually happens for several nights consecutively about once a month or so.
