Anyone experience top of foot pain? It hurts to touch in certain spots like towards the outer foot/ pinkie toe, and constantly feels like tingling, burning, numbing, swelling sensation. My leg pain is manageable, but this foot pain is bad. Hurts to walk, and it’s only on my right side. Haven’t injured it, it’s been like this for a weeks now.

Members responded to someone experiencing unexplained top-of-foot pain with tingling, burning, and numbness, with many sharing they experience similar mysterious sensations in various parts of their bodies that come and go without clear explanation. Several members described comparable symptoms, including burning feelings that resemble sunburn despite no visible signs, numbness and heat in limbs, and debilitating pain that doctors sometimes struggle to diagnose or dismiss as psychological. A recurring theme was the frustration of living with unexplained pain that defies typical medical testing, paired with practical suggestions like cannabis liniment for relief and the reassurance that others truly understand how real and challenging these invisible symptoms are.

I have had foot pain for 20 years and it is horrid. My right foot is worse than my left too. All the Dr's say that it is mostly in my head. I have started using cannabis linament and it helps so much.

I also have top of foot pain. Tingling, burning and swelling make it difficult to walk and wear shoes. My left foot is the culprit and for me it seems to be mostly on my left side of my body. I also have incredible hip pain which is very dibilitating. Xrays have come back as no hip problem. I hope that you find some relief and send you hugs.

Not on the top of the foot. I have the burning feeling on the bottom of my feet just start up but it's only when I have my feet up.
