I love art to unwind, but if I overdo it my hands get very sore. It's worth it, but I can't do too much at once!

Yes my hands hurt all the time. Although since I started taking Lyrica and Celebrex it seems that they are not hurting as bad. I was getting to a point where I couldn't even hold a pencil or anything and I couldn't do any of the projects and hobbies that are really like to do. But now I'm I able to at least hold a pen for a little while.

Yes indeed I have sore stiff hands and fingers all the time sometimes it's painful just to type let alone write.

Also suffer from weakness in the hands and arms and cannot open jars or even some packaged food, keep a pair of scissors handy for opening packets and I get my husband to open jars.
