Hands Go Numb, Especially When Sleeping ?

Hands Go Numb, Especially When Sleeping ?

I have been experiencing numbness with pain in my hands the last week.....my arms very sore too......my hands feel like they are seizing up. My right hand is going numb as I type this, any repetitive motion brings it on. I do have Raynauds also, maybe that is why this is happening ?

I do not have raynauds but I do get this in my arms and hands. It started out as my first symptom. I hope you find some relief.

Good morning dear,
I have Raynauds and my hand does not go numb except for when it turns white. Yes that is no fun
It could be something with nerve endings. Do you have pain in the cervical area?
The repeated movements and numbness is a sign of carpal tunnel. I am not a doctor and i would advise you to see your doctor for further evaluation.
Fibromyalgia has so many symptoms. Sometimes we don’t know if it’s from this or that.
Keep me updated
