This is gonna sound too simple after everything you’ve listed but… If you’re anything like me I cannot eat most processed or package foods… Because… They contain natural flavorings and other chemicals and bad oils that cause body pain, headaches and stomachaches. I discovered this 15 years ago after having migraines and stomachaches, and IBS. I’ve been headache free ever since. I suffer from GERD. Which I treat with a certain diet, probiotics. Hope this helps
Yup.... So you've heard it all from the precious folks on here... Gluten is a big one! Dairy, another big one! Sugar, another big one! Go see a nutritionalist or dietitian to set you up a new diet and to give you recipes to make things easier.
No joke. My family could not believe the improvement in me when I did a cupboard cleanse. I got rid of everything that had additives, msg( in all its hidden forms, see Leah McCullough, The Fibro Lady, for a free , complete list of MSG nicknames or Dr. Blatman( under patient resources for a complete dietary guide) omega 6 veggie oils( I actually lived across the lane from the professor who developed canola oil) , sugar and other dietary items that will Increase FM pain. Dr. Blatman actually lists the amount of time these aggravating foods affect us. I have read that some of us poo-poo dietary changes as being of any help, but I had to do 6 weeks before I experienced a marked reduction in pain. I doubt that many people are willing to give this a try, but along with a good probiotic, like Thrive, what do you have to lose but agony ? It only makes sense that if we treat our bodies better, they will reward us in return . Am I pain-free? No. But I am so much improved, that I would never go back to eating the SAD diet.
When I react to a food I drink lots of water to try and flush it out.
If you feel scared go to emergence.
try gluten free first and just that, I think you will be pleasantly suprised by the easing of your stomach problems. You see grains are particularly difficult to digest as is gluten Just do this and not these exclusion diets or you will feel too overwhelmed. You need to make sure that you take a good probiotic a womens version would be a good start as this can also help with any yeast issues. What are you eating most often as part of this 'strict' diet.? I am no expert but have been a sufferer for over 25 years, and I have trialed lots of things. .
