I have bursitis in both knees and my right one is pretty severe. My fibro nurse suggested taking Turmeric supplements and I admit I was very skeptical at first. But, after taking it once a day for a week or so, I started noticing that my bursitis flareups were less often and much less severe. Now, I think I have been taking it about 3 months and only had two flares but not nearly as severe as before. It is definitely worth a shot. Just make sure you ask a Dr or pharmacist first if you are taking other meds or supplements or have gallbladder issues.

Voltaren and electric blanket! My answer for everything, nothing else works except my meds!

I take ibuprofen and use icy hot daily. You just have to try stuff until you find what works for you. Good luck. Hugs
