Anyone else feel like they have to pee a million times before bed? When i think back, I’ve had this sensation since I was very young and it was anxiety-induced a lot when i was sleeping in a new place. Last night I was feeling particularly anxious before bed and had to pee 10 times. Does anyone else get this feeling? I drink a lot of water and tea but I don’t always have to do this so I wonder if anxiety really triggers it.
Yes Molly I'm exactly the same drink water, tea lemon,honey in hot water drink it chilled nice drink. I also haven't had a good night sleep for years, at least I know it's not just me lol xx
Absolutely! It’s very frustrating. I get upset thinking if I don’t go now I’ll wake up once I actually get to sleep, which is rare, and then never go back to sleep. Anxiety! And I also go A LOT during the day. I’m with ya.
Yes! I get this so bad!! Its not always before bed but usually much worse before bed. I sometimes forget if i have been or not and worry and go again just incase 😂 xx
Omg yes! Same on all accounts. Started when i was younger and always thought it was my anxiety but it has seemed alot worse lately and my anxiety hasnt been bad. I dont wake up in the middle of the night or anything, but i do have the urge to go like 5 times between the time i start getting ready for bed and then actually fall asleep
Yes my bladder has become very weak and it's prolapsed I may need surgery
