Same! I get really lightheaded and super hest sensitive. I do generally remember where I am but soemtimes I get disoreiented after things go dark. Try sitting down and putting your head between your knees when you get lightheaded or lay down with your knees bent.

If you are home try legs up the wall. Lying flat with your legs up the wall ( soles of the feet to the sky) breath in and out through your nose.

I had to step down from my coordinator position because of the brain fog. I actually was getting scared to drive. My doctor put me medicine for ADD. I now take Ritalin. It has changed my life! Also, I realized that if I take the amount of gabapentin that I need to not be in pain, that contributes to the brain fog.
