I would firstly check with your GP to eliminate the possibility of arthritis, RSI or carpal tunnel system. You could try massaging your hands either with moisturiser /magnesium lotion, or pain relieving essential oils. Keep your hands warm, there are compression gloves for arthritis that may help you. Therapy balls could also help. Simply hold them and squeeze. This will help to use and warm up the muscles in your hands. Immersion in warm water will also help the muscles to relax and thereby lengthen. There are also hand splints which will prevent your hands from closing and tightening during sleep. If you visit a salon for a manicure etc, they may well provide a hand massage as part of the manicure process. Say yes to it, it is amazing how good it feels. Fingers crossed that you find something that works for you x

A lot of people are using magnesium with good effect. Talk to the doctor or pharmacist before you try this just to make sure there are no contraindications

I went to the doctors with my painful hands and was told I have raynauds syndrome, do your fingers get cold really quickly and go white ? He gave me tablets to try for a month to see if it helps , will post when I have any news if they worked or not . Big hugs to you

My grandson (16) was diagnosed with Raynauds syndrome, doctor took him off ADHD medicines. I gave him gingko bilaba drops, Echinacea drops, and supper choline. This helped the hands and CBD Oil helped him focus better then the prescription.
The same stopped my grandmother TIAs from lack of circulation to the arteries into her brain.

I have terrible hand pain. I have had nine surgeries between both my hands for one thing or another. I have joints in my hands that have been removed. One thing that really works for hand pain is dipping your hands in paraffin bath. It feels good even after you take wax off. Yes the main thing is keep your hands warm. My sister crocheted gloves for me that cover my hands but i still have access to my fingers if need be while watching tv. They help alot.
