Yes I did for many years too. I was just recently told to buy shoes with a good arch support. I did and I don't have pain anymore. It was the most amazing thing.

I’ve had acupuncture it helped relieve my migraine headache, and helped with my shoulder and neck pain, but it’s not a long term fix .

5/2017 finally was told with Fibro after a year of many drugs to help me with pain and gaining a ton of weight. I had gastric sleeve and have lost 90 pounds. Dr originally put me on Gabapentin/Elavil and I felt wonderful. However I did not lose weight for 9 months post surg. Now I am on Cymbalta but I don't feel really well. Tens unit, but basically hot baths in a jacuzzi tub. That's my best. And walking can really help. Best of luck

I had arthritis pain seen I was 29 yrs old and was just told that I have fibro this year. My joints and muscles get stiff and ache. I have arthritis 97% of my body. I also have nerve pain from all my surgeries I had. I'm trying to figure out if I do have fibro or not.
