Lately I wake up with my legs or arms asleep. It used to happen before, but now it’s been constant for a couple of weeks now. They wake up shortly after I do, but it’s uncomfortable as I wake up in the middle of the night with the same problem. Anyone else experience this?

It's poor blood circulation making you stiff. You should wiggle your body like a worm every so often to get the blood flowing. Do light exercises. I have listed on this site light exercises that helped me.
See those 3 straight grey lines on top right. Click . Go to What's New. Go to Q&A. IN
search, type in exercises. Scroll down till you see LisaCabrey aske @ SiuViv on exercises. They're easy to do, takes a few minutes only.
First part exercises, helps get rid of fibro fog & vertigo. Second part, helps improve blood circulation all over your body. You can do all these exercises daily lying down in bed or sitting up.
Doing them daily will help you so much. It had helped so many of our members already. Good luck. 🍀🍀🍀

I have suffered with restless leg syndrome which is tormenting like you can’t imagine. My entire body jumps up off mattress at times and for about eight years , I know have involuntary muscle movements over complete body. TThis body jerking attacks from nowhere and can just start mildly in hands, neck and head or body trunk. However it usually takes over entire body and lasts from hours to four days without any relief. It looks like Parkinson’s.
I can’t rest, sleep, participate in any activities and experience extream nausea.

I have been tested by numerological teams, for MS, Early onset Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Sojourns, Lupus, Graves’ disease and a whole battery. All test return inconclusive undetermined.

This weak my hands are going numb not like a sleep almost like I don’t have any hands except I see them. I don’t have any sensation and finally about three to five minutes I am able to move my fingers then back to use.

Anyone experiencing these symptoms?
Thank you.

It’s been several years since I’ve heard of anyone taking B 12 injections. I take it for the same reason as you do but I take to 000 µg tablets under my tongue every morning in the levels are up very nicely. There is a rapidly dissolving tablet B 12 which disappears very quickly under the tongue. I live in Canada and to the best of my knowledge the government doesn’t cover injections of B 12 by the physician any longer because it’s not necessary.

I take B12 injections weekly due to my body not making the intrinsic factor.

But this doesn’t help numb hands. VitaminE is suppose to help with tingling and numb limbs.
