Rubbing my feet or my hands doesn't do anything for me except create more pain/discomfort. I have found that very warm water running over my hands does help in the mornings for a little while.
I sleep with a heated mattress cover and itβs helped. Especially if I heat the bed first.
I get numbness on my hands and feet. I have to rub them before getting out of bed.
My pain is more on my legs than anything.. it but comes and goes its more during the night and in the mornings.. tingling is all day, legs arms, hands toes face..the feeling on hair on my face..
Sadiebear, I experience numbness + tingling. It's more predominant in my lower legs, ankles + feet. It does occur in the mornings, as well as the onset later in evenings.
It is both annoying and frustrating. It also triggers even more fatigue in my legs and feet.
Looking back, I can now see when my fibromyalgia actually began. At age 55, I'm no longer able to work.
I've also been diagnosed with burcitis of both shoulders and hips(age 30), Renard's disease(age 49), nerve damage/pinched nerves in my lower back, as well some disc bulging at the base of my neck + spine.
Fibromyalgia is a major pain in the butt for all who are effected. My heart goes out to you sweety + everyone who suffers from it.
P.S.- Do your symptoms seem to rotate in cycles?
