Exercise
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question šŸ’

I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Not well enough to go to a class.
Need to start small at home but cannot motivate myself to get going.
Feel very foolish asking but any ideas to remind myself to do some stretching after having breakfast but before starting
anything else and becoming too fatigued to even do some stretching.

What about setting a reminder on your phone? You can watch different classes on you tube. Just type in something like easy palates or stretching

I find that doing simple breathing exercises help me esp when I am anxious.

If you have cell phone you can put a reminder everyday but ran the certain time of day when you typically feel better.. Or put it on each day of your calendar.

For me that's difficult to do, as I get increasing pain most of the time. This could be because of the severe fibromyalgia I was diagnosed by my primary care doctor.
