Anyone have issues with constantly biting their tongue?

Yes and the sides of my mouth too. Sometimes I think they're swollen and that's why we bite them.

More problematic is chronic cheek biting, usually due to some sort of misalignment in your teeth, or perhaps due to TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder). This is quite common in some people โ€” misaligned teeth cause our bites to be โ€œoff,โ€ and can cause an occasional nip to the cheek/tongue/lips.
Alot of people who have fibro also have TMJD

Me too. Don't know what is worse, biting the tongue accidentally or getting the tongue accidentally caught in the back molars.
