try doing gentle stretches. they help me, and my physical therapist said it helps our bodies remember what normal movement feels like. i honestly notice a huge difference if i stop doing them.

I've spent a lot of time and money trying to find relief. I know what works and what is a waste of time. Also try looser fitting clothes like stretch pants. NY& company has comfortable and professional looking stretch pants

I look forward to the dreams! It's fun trying to figure them out. I just hate when I can't go back to sleep or when I start yelling or talking out loud... Lol

I took Cymbalta and got positive results IMMEDIATELY, however after awhile I could not deal with the horrible dreams I would get EVERY time I fell asleep. WISH I could go back on it, but the dreams are very disturbing.
