I can be sitting in the car not doing anything and all of a sudden my foot like loses control and if something is in the way kick it. The same with my hand I can be signing my name and it just like loses control and in this case scribble or if I am holding something I will drop it. It's not a major problem but can be annoying or painful at times.

Yes I also experience them. Out of nowhere my arm will move or my leg. My hands like to do it as well. I was encouraged to read that other members are also experiencing this. I have knocked over items
Yes, I do and it is embarrassing at times. I will drop things or not able to write.

I'm with you. If I am in public I try to hide my shakes and stuttering. I turn bright red from embarrassment.
Goodness yes. I thought I was the only one. I try not to let others notice it when it happens.
Yes, I’m with you! In bed at night, my whole body will jerk and it’s actually scary at times and will even awaken me if I’m sleeping sometimes! Oh the joys of fibro!
