Im 53 im pretty sure im in menopause. Lately ive been feeling restless, sad, anxious. I take meds for depression but i cant shake a gloom and doom feeling anyone else

You may need the doctor to adjust your meds or search for home remedies for depression. Home remedies also work.

I believe I’m finished menopause but who can shake the doom and gloom with this illness?? I’m trying to stay strong and happy but it’s not working for me either!! I don’t think the weather helps any but I was even like this in the summer! Again I’m getting so fed up with the pain and all the bullshit that goes with it! I just wish people could understand too cause it really pisses me off when they say stupid comments but there’s no point in even trying to explain! Sorry for the rant, I’ll sign off now! Lol

My Dr says I’m menopausal but I swear I went through it years ago with major hot flashes and waking up soaked and I still feel the gloom and doom a lot
