I have it's linked to IBS and the muscles there tighten and cause back pain x

Yes but I have a bile duct problem. Maybe go see a nurse or Dr as it could be an infection. 💜

Drink a tablespoon of lemon juice in a glass of water a couple of times a day. It will help dissolve the kidney stones.

Yup I felt that so tender it feels like a bruise I find epsom salts baths can give short term relief
