Hi everyone, I'm very new to this site and fibromyalgia in general. I've noticed lately my arms will shake (very slightly) if I'm leaning on them for a bit or if I'm doing yoga or something that is activating those muscles. I haven't noticed that my arms are actually weaker-- I can still lift things, but I just notice the shake. Does anyone else have this or experience it from time to time? Thank you!
Yes all the time. Not when im excercising(i dont) but any time im even holding something a little heavy or holding myself up my arm shakes insanely.
I get shaking (muscle twitching) randomly in my legs and arms can actually see my muscles moving when it happens.
Similar, I suppose.... I get muscle groups that will just shake under the skin. It's not like a popping twitch but almost like someone who just got done lifting a ton of weight at the gym and their muscles start violently shaking. It happens in a nano second and it really only happens to my right leg and right arm. I don't know why but it comes and goes. If you searching for "shaking muscles" in the question history, you will see where I asked about this. Not a lot of responses were given but there are others on here that have asked about it.
I get involuntary muscle movements but not shaking. My legs sometimes will begin moving under my skin and you can see it.... it looks like worms crawling under my skin. It doesn't hurt but is very annoying. Ibuprofen is the only thing that stops it.
Yes and I also tremble in my hands and face.
