Does anyone ever feel odd left arm pain that radiates from the top and down to the fingers? I’m afraid this might be early heart attack symptoms but I’ve also read many fibro patients experience regular arm pain, and heart racing, so....idk ???

If you get that pain you should get checked out for heart problem to use it out first. Then when that pain comes yes it could be Fibro. But make sure about your heart also.
I've experienced this myself and have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis which can cause this symptom due to calcification around the spinal cord which presses against it (layman's terms). Hope this information is helpful! God bless!
I get it all the time too. A scrunching in the chest. I am alsways scared it is a heart attack yet my tests come in negative all the time. I think it is very common for us fibromyalgia people to get it. Hope you feel better
I do get a lot of arm pain, particularly in my triceps or the 'batwing' area. Compression sleeves and ice packs help me.
Yes, I've felt that, and like you, wondered if I was having a heart attack. If it worsens, comes and goes depending on what you're doing, it's very likely not that, but just another fun symptom of fibro. Keep monitoring it, take an aspirin if you're concerned, and if it worsens entirely, if you have jaw pain on that side, then by all means put your safety first and go to a clinic if you don't feel your primary care physician would be helpful. They'll dertermine immediately if you're having a serious problem. Good luck, Hon.
