Elbow arm pain . My elbows hurt real bad and swell up Lifeline putting a heat pad on it it helps a little bit

Yes ma'am! The pain is in my right elbow, and goes all the way down my arm to my hand. Moving my arm hurts so much, and my poor shoulder aches even worse now too 😔. I hope you feel better

I cant even hold anything any more it hurts so bad and now its getting weak its hard using my other hand

Yes, I have the problem from my underarm on down. I think since it's your right arm, some of the pain is probably due to working your "mouse" when you are on the computer. My penmanship was never great, but now it is shaky (like an old lady's!) and about unreadable.
