A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

The last few nights its gotten pretty cool at night. I sleep with my window open all the time. Lately ive been awoken by a blasting headache and i can feel the cold air on my head. This is a new thing for me anyone else get this. I have to have fresh air on me to be able to breath at night

My very elderly mother who has a hard time breathing has a fan going on her from about 7 feet away. This way, if it gets too cold, she closes the window but still has air. It works like a charm for her.

I am the same way, I have to have a cool bedroom in order to sleep, but I wake with aches and a headache everyday, sometimes mild, sometimes pounding. I never thought about it being from the cold as I have always had a window open even in the mid of winter -40, just a crack but still open for over 20 years. I can't sleep in a stuffy room. Don't know of its related.
