My very elderly mother who has a hard time breathing has a fan going on her from about 7 feet away. This way, if it gets too cold, she closes the window but still has air. It works like a charm for her.
I have to have my neck covered cause if my neck gets to hot or cold I get a bad headache
Same as hunni so I'm wearing a light hat , covering my ears at night. Maybe you should try it too.

Hi I'm the same it's a no win situation xx
I am the same way, I have to have a cool bedroom in order to sleep, but I wake with aches and a headache everyday, sometimes mild, sometimes pounding. I never thought about it being from the cold as I have always had a window open even in the mid of winter -40, just a crack but still open for over 20 years. I can't sleep in a stuffy room. Don't know of its related.
