Iv had the daith piercing for nearly a year and my headaches/migraines have stopped completely but my fibro is still the same as before.. I don’t take any medication for my fibro as it was making me worse, no harm in trying the daith. What may work for some doesn’t for others..

I read that DHEA can help lesson pain. Has anyone else tried this and if so is it working? I already take mega doses of Vit D, Vit B, Q10 and Magnesium and also wear a magnetic bracelet! Will try anything other than the usual fibro "meds" at this point.

I always find going to my consultant (rheumatologist) that he makes me feel as tho it's all in my head or that exercise is all I need to fix it

I finally have a hearing date for June!! Anyone live near Raleigh who has been through the process? How did you fare? I'm using a lawyer from the advocator group.

Was walking and my whole leg just went from under me , experienced the worst pain ever and felt like I was gonna faint! Went for a while but now if I move at times I get that horrible pain in my bum which feels like bone clicking out or snapping !! So painful !! :( anyone experience anything like this ?

I have been in a major "flare" since a minor car accident in mid December. I am soo worried that this will only progress. I enjoy working but it can be difficult and painful.
What are your experiences?

Im from Ireland and have been waiting since the start of January for disability allowance , in March I got denied disability as they said I was not qualified even tho my gp said I was and anyway turns out nearly everyone get denied disability over here, cause basically they don't like giving money to people who need it
Anyway I appealed for a second opinion in March and have been waiting to hear back from them, which they keep saying will be another couple of weeks before I hear anything.
